What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, website (if you add it), what you need and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there are no accounts on this site.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply — nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service that forwards your entry to our inbox as an email. This website itself stores nothing: no database, no copy of your message. FormSubmit handles the entry on its way through, so its own privacy terms apply to that step.
How long we keep it
Enquiries live in our email inbox so we can follow up on the conversation. If you would like yours deleted, ask us through the form or WhatsApp and we will remove it.
Analytics
Analytics is off by default and only starts if you accept it. When it runs it uses Google Analytics 4 and records page views plus clicks on the contact and concept buttons — never the contents of the form, your name or your email. You can reject it, and withdraw later, without losing any part of the site.
WhatsApp
The code on the contact page opens a chat with us on WhatsApp. That conversation happens inside WhatsApp (a Meta service) and is governed by their terms; we only see your number once you message us.
Hosting
Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and performance, as any web server does.
Your choices
Reject analytics, ask us to delete an enquiry, or skip the form entirely and use WhatsApp instead. If you would like to know what we hold about you, just ask.
